Zong Is Hiring Fresh Graduates as Graduate Trainee Officers through assessment process and then developed through a tailor-made GTO Development Plan (GDP). The learning journey of GTOs comprises of an intensive development scheme including classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring and personalized job rotation to different departments & functions for a period of up to 18 months. This plan helps GTOs to get acquainted with the culture of Zong and team up with different departments to grow and enjoy this fast track career path.
