For Grade 1 to 5 candidates can download application from ASF and can send their applications to ASF Office. Applications should be sent within 15 days of publication date of this advertisement. Physical / Medical Tests will be held at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Chitral, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Dera Ismail Khan, Skardu & Gawadar Recruitment / Selection Centres. - For BPS-06 to 15 Fill the form carefully and submit it along with ITSPAK Test fee Rs. 177/- and attested copies of educational certificate, experience certificate, driving license, CNIC, domicile and recent photographs should reach the ITS, Gulberg Palace, 4th Floor, MPCHS, Sector E-11/3, Center, Islamabad.
- For BPS-01 to BPS-05 filled application form along with all attested documents, CNIC, Domicile and recent photographs should reach the nearest ASF Recruitment Centers located in major cities of Pakistan.
